Ensuring that the Company's quality System is effectively implemented and maintained.

Also serving as the communications link between the ship and the office with regards to all matters of Safety, Health and Environmental Protection and monitoring all Safety and Pollution Prevention aspects of the Operation of each ship.

Furthermore is responsible for the implementation for oncoming regulation and for the continuant improving of the Company’s Management System.
